Rachel Ellison is a former BBC news correspondent and international project director. She created and led award winning teams in competitive, changing global markets. Rachel is an experienced live presenter. She broadcast to radio and television audiences of 185m people in 120 different countries.
Rachel was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for 'the promotion of human rights and the self-empowerment of women in Afghanistan'. Her team won BBC Team of the Year, acknowledging Rachel's coaching-style of leadership.

Trained in Solution Focus BRIEF Therapy, Psychoanalytic Systems Coaching, Existential Coaching, Multiple Perspectives Thinking, CBC and Clean Language Coaching. Qualified as an internal coach with the BBC's award winning, ICF and EMCC accredited, Coach Foundation Course, before launching her own practice.
